Job Description Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Sourcing candidates through various channels Naukri, Monster, Shine, Linkedin and also through social media and planning interviews. Source active and passive candidates both. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. Shortlisting resumes based on a variety of criteria, including abilities, a recently updated rsum, location, experience, and prior employers. Good communication and relationship building skills. Should have working knowledge of Excel management. Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process. Should have basic technical knowledge regarding hiring. 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
