Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building employer branding strategies, and executing IT recruitment. The day-to-day tasks of the role involve sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Employer Branding skills
• IT Recruitment skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Master degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Min - 2 Year Experience Require
