Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate background verification checks to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of talent quality.
• Foster employee engagement by organizing and coordinating various initiatives and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to recruitment and HR processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
