This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience. Prior internship experience in HR will be an added advantage. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for HR, apply now! Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment & talent acquisition (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews). Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. Help in onboarding & induction for new employees. Maintain HR records, documentation, and databases. Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Coordinate training & development programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-6 months of experience (internship experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR processes and willingness to learn. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
