The ideal candidate will have strong spoken and written communication skills with 6 months - 2 years of experience in Recruitment and day-to-day HR Operations.

About the role
• Work hours: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Saturday
• Work location: Centrally located near MG Road, Bangalore with Metro connectivity
• Work from Office only
• Compensation: INR 3.5 to 5.5 LPA depending on relevant work experience

Goals / What you will do
• Clearly understand requirements and source applications from various channels
• Complete first level screening of the candidates and schedule further interviews
• Documentation and onboarding of the selected candidates
• Schedule training sessions

Skills required / Must-haves for the role
• Graduates from related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good networking skills and keen on picking up new skills
• Understanding of LinkedIn and various social channels to attract and retain talent
• Good spoken and written communication in English with good listening skills
• Comfortable with Google Workspace tools
