Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to lead our corporate engagement and placement initiatives. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with organizations, identifying recruitment and internship opportunities, and driving successful campus hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with employers, recruiters, and industry associations to create placement pipelines and hiring opportunities.
Coordinate the entire placement process, from employer outreach to offer finalization, ensuring smooth communication between organizations and candidates.
Collaborate with internal teams to align talent supply with current industry hiring needs and workforce trends.
Organize and manage placement drives, corporate networking events, and employer engagement sessions to enhance institutional visibility.
Track and report key metrics including employer participation, placement conversion rates, and partnership growth to senior leadership.
Stay current on market trends, and industry demands to strengthen placement outcomes and employer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
Strong corporate networking, business development, and relationship management skills.
Prior experience in corporate relations, campus recruitment, placement coordination, or industry partnership management.
