• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Screening applications based on JDs through core competencies
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews based on the candidates and panel availability.
• Hands on Experience on Volume Hiring, Leadership Hiring
• Taking clear JD from the client and posting to relevant platforms.
• Building and maintaining excel reports and daily trackers.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
