Role Summary
The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for frontline, specialist, and support roles. The role requires strong sourcing capability, execution discipline, and the ability to meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding for assigned roles
• Handle hiring for frontline, team leaders, quality analysts, trainers, analysts, and support functions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, vendors, and walk-in channels
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for volume and critical positions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and role expectations
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality benchmarks, and compensation guidelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring MIS
• Ensure completion of hiring documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities
• Maintain structured recruitment records to support audits and internal compliance
Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification, preferably in HR or a related discipline
• 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, either consultancy or in-house
• Exposure to bulk hiring, BFSI, collections, call center, or operations hiring is preferred
Skills and Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages
• Proven experience in volume hiring with quality controls
• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment MIS tracking
• Strong ownership, execution discipline, and follow-through
• Ability to perform in a target-driven and compliance-oriented environment
Compensation
• Salary up to ₹23,000 per month, depending upon experience, skills, and qualifications

• Achievement of assigned hiring targets
• Timely closure of positions within defined turnaround time
• Low early attrition among new hires
• Clean audits with zero recruitment compliance gaps
