Our Datastraw family is growing, and we have an opening for Talent Acquisition to screen, attract, evaluate, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our team. You will be a part of a goal-oriented team and directly impact the company's scale.

To be successful in this role, you need to ensure we offer a positive candidate experience and meet our hiring needs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible to work with the core leadership team to strategize recruitment.
Lead the implementation & change of a robust, consistent, and flexible Talent Management framework in place.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design and update Job descriptions in support of various cross-function positions
Keep track of the whole recruitment process; screening and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and negotiations, and being the first point of contact for candidates in the interview process.
Branding and exploring new recruitment strategies
Attract candidates through various job platforms
Interview candidates and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Strong experience in sourcing quality candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, hiring networks, and referrals
Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities
Manage client resource accounts to forecast staffing needs
Screen candidates via phone and video
Provide Offer Letters to the new joiners, update salary structure in the HRMS Software
Understand CTC requirements & negotiate CTCs across all hirings, upload new employee data in HRMS software
Coordinate background checks and other elements of the hiring process.
HR Report - Create Summaries for analysis - Daily & Weekly
Be an ambassador of Supportstraw and promote our company's brand and values.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
At least 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
Desire to advance in IT
Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills
Open, easy-going personality
Prior experience as Talent Acquisition or Recruiter in a BPO is a plus

Salary: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
