Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations
Gurgaon, Haryana, India

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to join our Operations and Technology HR team to lead all talent acquisition activity for India and Poland (ESS). The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the Ops and Tech leadership team in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the entire talent acquisition process. You will have significant experience in leading talent acquisition across both volume and specialist hiring and have had previous experience in the full end to end operational aspects of TA in a global environment. You will be part of a larger global HR function and be able to collaborate across borders and drive an enterprise approach to solutions for both internal and external hiring. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and know how to merge technology, automation and AI with the human experience. The Talent Acquisition team is comprised of approx. 12 members located in India and Poland and is in charge of annually ++00 recruitments.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire internal and external talent, ensuring that we have the right skills to drive our organizational goals.

· Lead and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition and HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency and an enhanced candidate experience.

· Providing thought leadership and innovation, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, and the global HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies that support business objectives for ESS and represent Operations & Technology in the global TA team effectively.

· Working with the global TA team and as representative of Operations & Technology roles, you will contribute to the design and deployment of the local employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice, driving operational excellence in candidate attraction and engagement.

· Use the data and insight from our applicant tracking system to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, maintaining operational excellence in legal and ethical practices.

You will report to the Global Human Resources Business Partner,COO.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience at a senior level within a global organisation.

· Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, with a focus on operational excellence and driving process improvements.

· Effective leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, navigating in international and diverse environments.

· Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent engagement techniques.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Experience of working within a people services environment leading scale processes and practices across HR.

· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in all recruitment activities.

· Dedication to maintain high ethical standards.

· The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-oriented leader with a passion for operational excellence in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, driving continuous improvement and innovation to attract and hire top talent for the organization.

· Prior work experience in an international environment or for international companies is preferred.
