Role Description
Smart Start is seeking a Talent Acquisition Head to oversee the recruitment and retention of candidates for our company. This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat. The Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and developing our workforce to meet the company's needs. They will work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs, coordinate recruitment efforts, and ensure that the hiring process is efficient and effective. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and executing onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources management
• 5-6 years of exp in Team handling
• Deep knowledge of and experience in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with candidates, managers, and other stakeholders
• Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment and hiring
• Experience managing a team of recruiters or HR professionals
• Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Effective negotiation and decision-making skills
