About this opportunity

Consultatively manage the end-to-end recruitment process and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment related activities. Contribute as a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, while helping guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process.
What you will do Responsibilities & Outcomes
• Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
• Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
• Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist.
• Manage various internal and external tools (SAP, ATS, LinkedIn, Job boards etc.) to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

(Phone screening) using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
• Prepare and extend job offers to candidates following Ericsson compensation guidelines.
• Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process, promoting Ericsson ’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Valuable Experience
• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment.

Working with a mix of short-term and long-term objectives, and hands-on execution from concept to delivery.
