Description
As the Talent Acquisition & HRBP Lead for Sales HR Team at our Head Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent from both campus recruitment programs and lateral hiring initiatives. You will lead a team of HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Specialists and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for both campus recruitment and lateral hiring, aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
• Sales HRBP: As the HR Business Partner - Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our sales function. Provide guidance and support to sales team on employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and departmental leaders to understand staffing requirements, establish hiring priorities, and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practice.
• Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice among both campus graduates and experienced professionals.
• Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the recruitment process to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators, including campus hire conversion rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners to augment internal capabilities and support strategic objectives.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives within the Sales organization, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees to navigate organizational changes effectively.
Education: MBA [HR]

• Proficient on Microsoft office
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technology tools.
