Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Saket (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (Second Saturdays off)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and researching for potential exclusive across social media channels.
Source talents using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Conduct initial shortlisting based on brands requirements.
Schedule and coordinate calls between Talents and Stakeholders .
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist in building talent pipelines for future needs.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with our Exclusive Talents.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Comfortable with using LinkedIn and job posting platforms.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with ATS tools or HR software is a plus.
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
