Sourcing top global talent (from SEO experts to closers)
Interviewing, screening, and engaging with candidates
Writing awesome job ads and optimizing hiring funnels
Partnering with managers and founders to scale smart
Automating hiring workflows and learning HR tech inside-out

Great English communication and a curious mind
Tech-savvy and open to experimenting with new tools
Self-starter who thrives in remote teams
