• Have been in specifically into recruitment role, preferably in Insurance or Retail or Telecom industry
• Overall Experience between 10 - 16 years only
• Identifying organisation’s needs and working towards it to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
• Developing, managing and maintaining a highly skilled team to assist with talent development and management.
• Networking with sector and industry to acknowledge any trends in recruitment which could impact upon the business
• Aligning with the organisations future and working with senior team to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success
• Applying strategies to attract diverse talent to all areas of the business
• Managing and delivering reports and data when required
• Ensuring the smooth transition of a new candidate into the organization.
