Job Description
• Define recruitment operation plan to achieve monthly/quarterly Goal by splitting the goal into Weeks and days
• Prepare post and emails in accordance with JDs
• Job search, referrals, innovative ideas to find out maximum profiles for talent acquisition team
• Daily scrum meeting and reporting with the team
• Conduct telephonic/in-person interviews as well as final rounds for salary and terms negotiation
• Implement tools and processes for CV screening and assessment tests.
• Prepare and share offer letters and appointment letters
• Ongoing engagement of candidates till time they are not on boarded and make sure everyone will join after the recruitment
• Stay in touch with colleges and classes, where we have tie-ups and take the opportunities for bulk hire. Also do continuous PR activities with these bodies
• Prepare the check list and complete basic background check before onboarding of the candidates
• Keep all the data in digitized format and use the tools shared by the organization for the same
Skills required
1. 3-5 years of experience of recruitment in IT Industry
2. Excellent communication skills in English
3. Self-motivated
4. Should be able to guide juniors
5. Good in strategic decisions
