Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC to join our team in our Brisbane office.

About the role

Build genuine relationships across the business, by deeply understanding stakeholder needs and providing guidance on talent acquisition strategy and standards.

Think creatively to develop bespoke and innovative recruitment strategies, especially for hard-to-fill roles and complex projects.

Drive accountability within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring accurate, consistent, and effective utilisation of the ATS and associated TA tools.

Lead workforce planning and resourcing discussions with senior stakeholders, in close partnership with the People & Performance team.

Manage TA metrics, dashboards, and analytics to deliver proactive insights, identify emerging risks and addressing sourcing constraints.

Identify, contact, and attract passive and active candidates through targeted sourcing strategies.

Conduct thorough interviews and competency-based assessments to ensure strong alignment with both technical requirements and organisational cultural.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle and provide guidance to the team in keeping the process aligned with Ausenco´s standard.

Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines by proactively engaging with professional associations, industry networks, and key external partners.

Build and maintain a strong connection with universities, professional networks and others.

About you

8 years+ experience as a senior recruiter, specialising inhighly technical and professional roles.

5 years+ proven people leadership experience.

Experience within a headhunting or executive search consultancy environment is highly regarded, though not essential.

Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.

Experience with ATS management
