Key Responsibilities
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Supervise recruiting personnel
Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all personally assigned requisitions (New hire, replacement, Transfer, Deputation) from requirements definition, sourcing, screening, Interview, selection and offer.
Forecast manpower in co-ordination Ensure up-dation and documentation of all job description.
Sourcing & Screening- Identifying relevant candidates for all Marketing & Technical service positions through different sources like job portals, Social media & ATS,
Interviews - Conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates in coordination with Technical and HR panel.
Responsible for Scheduling Induction, Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees.

• Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communicator
• Well-organized
