Designation: HR Talent Acquisition Manager
Experience: 3+ years of work experience in Talent acquisition experience in BFSI segment
Industry: Looking for candidate with BFSI background only

Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
Own the whole recruitment process, from source to offer, focusing mostly on technical roles.
- May use a variety of sourcing methods, including job portals, personal connections, referrals, and agencies, to maintain a balanced stream of candidates.
- Participate in lateral hiring and bulk hiring.
- Recognizes talent/workforce needs, market gaps, and need gaps to create inventive hiring strategies that can enhance the recruitment of talent and employee engagement.
- Makes sure data is reported promptly and accurately, and uses insights from data to enhance processes.
- Ready to take on more projects in the fields of candidate experience, employer branding, and talent acquisition.
- Provide hiring managers advice and direction on recruitment
