Responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition and talent management.
Responsible for meeting the high recruitment targets in co- ordination with job portals, recruitment consultants and internal talent pool.
Defining the sourcing methodology and drive different sourcing strategies to attract the best of talent.
Interviewing, Shortlisting for offer and final selection, Salary negotiations.
Preparation of offer based on market data and getting offer approvals.
Responsible for coordinating with supervisors and manager of all the departments within the organization regarding talent acquisition plans.
Organize induction and orientation programs for new joinees.
Regularly monitoring market and maintain data for salary breakups, resume database and build network and references data accordingly.
Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and selection methods.
Understanding business Objectives and Role to design KRA for departments.
