About the Role: In this role, you will be entrusted with the hiring and career management of our growing Business team. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment. Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
Expectations/ Requirements :
1. Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing/future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents.
2. Be the trusted advisor that BUs can reach to understand talent availability and market intelligence.
3. Optimize end to end recruitment processes from exceptional at market research, candidate generation, interview process and offer extension.
4. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.
5. Implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skillsets
6. Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
7. Managing end-to-end recruitment for Entry lever to mid Senior Level.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition, holding core exposure of end-to-end recruitment.
2. Must have strong Stakeholder Management.
3. Have strong candidate interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
4. Awareness of the latest sourcing channels and techniques.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6 . Must have done sale hiring/ bulk hiring single-handedly.
Education: Graduate or MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
