Flourish Australia has a temporary opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join and support our established People & Culture team in Sydney Olympic Park!

The position available :

Closed-term full-time until 30 September 2026
Based in Sydney Olympic Park with onsite parking available (booking system)
Flexible working from home arrangements are available and will be agreed with the successful applicant
Attractive salary of $104,000 p.a. + 12% Super + NFP Tax-Free Benefits!
About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partners play a critical role in Flourish Australia's end-to-end recruitment process. Overall, Talent Acquisition Partners act as a business partner to frontline managers and leaders, providing support in all facets of the end-to-end recruitment and sourcing process.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by:
generating and placing employment advertisements (including internal EOIs) on careers pages, job boards and social networks as required.
collaborating with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
acting as a primary recruitment contact / business partner for Flourish Australia’s operational leaders’ team
managing all external and internal applications received for job vacancies
supporting the coordination of all incoming enquiries relating to Flourish Australia recruitment and job vacancies, referring enquiries to appropriate delegates when required
preparing and processing employment related documentation
as required, working co-operatively with senior staff and other Flourish Australia managers to ensure that recruitment and induction processes are effective and delivered efficiently, ethically and consistently across the organisation, to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely and professional manner
processing of all probity checks ensuring the screening is properly completed and outcomes advised promptly
support steps that ensure a positive candidate recruitment experience

Selection Criteria

Essential:

A relevant degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 1-years’ experience
Highly developed knowledge of talent acquisition best practice
Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
Strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to handle a high volume of work with accuracy,
attention to detail and to simultaneously adjust to varying assignments and workloads
Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
Demonstrated high level of computer literacy.
