Job Description
• Leveraging all available sourcing channels to meet hiring demands in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the Social Media team to implement innovative talent acquisition campaigns
• Managing end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, assessments, interviews and extending offers
• Liasioning with the Campus Strategy Lead to implement the campus strategy and achieve the campus recruitment targets
• Partnering with Business Stakeholders to create agility of decision making
• Sticking and managing SLAs with line so that recruitment is faster and pro-active
• Ensuring TAT and helping in process improvement of recruitment
Experience Required:
• Minimum experience in years - 4-7 years
• Exposure to core recruitment preferable
• Candidate from IT Consultancy Background will be preferred
