Job description:
Should have handled tech & product hiring in the banking space – techno functional/domain understanding would be good to have.
Should have handles Leadership hiring end to end, external talent mapping, well networked on LinkedIn connects
Design unconventional hiring models, referral schemes & staffing strategies
Ability to write JDs based on the briefing by the hiring managers & sell roles to the prospective candidates
Should be good at engaging with candidates on role, comp discussions and engage well
Outcome & metrics driven, good knowledge of the process and compliance – worked in a complex environment
Should be able to work closely with the hiring managers, identify the best suited approach – direct sourcing, referrals, IJP, vendor management, social media campaigns.
Candidates from IT companies with experience in hiring for Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Gurgaon with preferred experience of hiring for banking clients or someone who have supported Digital service line hiring
