As our sales pipeline continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Novon in scaling its workforce and meeting increasing client demand.
This role focuses on talent sourcing and recruitment delivery, ensuring we have strong candidate pipelines across our key capability areas. Working closely with hiring managers, you will proactively identify and engage talent, helping the business respond quickly to evolving hiring needs while continuing to attract high-quality people to Novon.
More than a traditional recruitment role, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, partnering with leaders to build proactive hiring strategies, maintain continuous talent pipelines, and keep Novon connected to the best talent in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of recruitment, market intelligence, and employer branding, helping Novon stay ahead in a competitive talent landscape.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in agency or internal talent acquisition environments
Strong capability in proactive sourcing and candidate pipelining
Experience building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships
Ability to provide market insights and recruitment strategy recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across hiring managers and leadership
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing and evolving business environment
