Roles & Responsibility :-

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

· Job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications

· Interview Scheduling and Follow up

· Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

· Candidate management through software.
