Roles and Responsibilities
• HR Freshers are welcome to apply
• Understanding of Embedded and IT Software recruitment skills set and resources requirement
• Responsible for following the recruitment process and execution
• Forecasting of people need and budgeting on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis
• Thrive to achieve hiring goals across multiple the division of company
• Creating strategies for filling up positions in the company
• Maintain relationships with both, internal (hiring managers, interviewers) and external (candidates, recruitment agencies) to ensure hiring goals are achieved
• Maintain and update recruitment database and prepare dashboard for recruitment status meeting and perform analysis for recruitment process
• Prepare offer letters and assist hiring manager in extending offer to selected candidate/s
• Conduct reference checks (as needed)
• Responsible for pre-joining communication and related process
• Build positive brand of the company through various channel such as social media, job portals
• Able to conduct campus recruitment efficiently at various universities
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist in the company’s operation activity
