About the Role
We are a high-growth startup preparing to double our workforce and are building a strong, scalable recruiting function. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is highly organized, execution-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who excels at owning requisitions, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering hires on time, while supporting broader recruiting infrastructure and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting Support
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer, under the guidance of the Manager, Human Resources.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates across multiple roles simultaneously.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Job Description & Repository Support
Draft and update job descriptions using approved templates and guidance.
Support the maintenance of a centralized job description repository, ensuring accuracy and version control.
Ensure job postings align with approved role scope and salary ranges.
Assist in posting roles across job boards and internal systems.
Pipeline Management & Hiring Analytics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines in the ATS.
Track recruiting activity metrics such as candidate flow, interview conversion, and time-to-fill.
Support reporting and data collection used for hiring analytics and leadership updates.
Flag risks or delays in hiring timelines early.
Process, Compliance & Candidate Experience
Follow established recruiting processes and documentation standards.
Ensure compliance with hiring practices, interview guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
Deliver a professional, responsive, and respectful candidate experience at every stage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruiting function.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
Requisitions consistently filled within target timelines.
Accurate, well-maintained candidate pipelines and ATS data.
High-quality candidate experience feedback.
Strong collaboration with hiring managers and TA leadership.
Demonstrated growth toward more complex roles and increased ownership.
Qualifications
Required
2–4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently.
Comfortable using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
Clear, professional communication skills.
Preferred
Startup, healthcare, SaaS, or remote workforce recruiting experience.
Exposure to hiring analytics or recruiting metrics.
Interest in growing into a senior or leadership recruiting role.
