Job Opportunity: HR Recruiter (Work from Home) at Elite Business Solutions
Elite Business Solution is seeking a proactive and talented HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in finding and attracting top-notch candidates for our esteemed clients. This position offers the flexibility of working from home with attractive commission-based incentives during the initial three months and a fixed salary thereafter.
Key Details:
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 06:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
• Training Duration: 30 Days (with a stipend of 3k)
• Note: Successful completion of the training requires you to bring in 3 candidate joining s. Failure to meet this target may lead to termination of employment.
• Salary: Up to 10500 (Commission/Target based for the first 3 months, then fixed)
• Experience: 0.3 Months to 2 Years
• Languages Required: English and Hindi (Both)
An eligible candidate must possess:
• Strong objection handling skills.
• A good understanding of recruitment processes.
• A personal laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
• An alternative Sim/number to communicate with candidates.
• A compatible phone to record calls as needed.
• Flexibility to work in accordance with company norms.
• Availability on-call, email, and Whats App groups during shift hours.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively source potential candidates and establish lasting relationships.
• Comprehend and analyze client requirements to effectively match candidates to roles.
• Conduct interviews via phone calls.
• Make more than 80 calls per day to potential candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting methods, including job advertising, to attract qualified individuals.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Source potential candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Perform pre-interview screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Facilitate the final selection and agreement process between candidates and employers.
Interview Mode:
• Initial HR interview will be conducted via phone call.
• Follow-up operations interview will be conducted via video call.
