• Manage and own full-cycle recruiting for various teams by executing on sourcing strategies, driving pipelines, and presenting offers to close candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to determine needs and priorities to create an effective recruiting process.
• Utilize market/industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize your search and reach-out strategy.
• Spearhead recruiting efforts and conduct phone screens for a wide variety of technical positions.
• Deliver a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process.
