Responsibilities
• As a Talent Acquisition you will support the company's recruitment process by finding the best candidates and match them to the right roles.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and different job portals.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company's reputation as best place to work.
Requirements
• Experienced in sourcing and hiring on LinkedIn and other passive recruiting platforms.
• Fresher can also with good communication skills.
• Full Life Cycle Recruitment from Sourcing to Onboarding .
• Job location – Ahmedbad [wfo]
• Shift timing -2pm to 11pm [UK Shift]
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
