What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
What You Have:
• 2-3 years of full life cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment recruiting for Senior Technology roles based in India
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
• Experience with an ATS
