Full job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understanding Hiring Requirements

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.

Create or refine job descriptions based on role expectations.

Set timelines and define hiring priorities.

2. Sourcing Candidates

Post jobs on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Use Boolean search, social media, and internal databases.

Connect with placement agencies or freelance recruiters.

3. Screening & Shortlisting

Review resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings.

Evaluate based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.

4. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with hiring managers or panels.

Share interview guidelines with interviewers.

Ensure candidates have a smooth interview experience.

5. Assessment & Feedback

Facilitate technical tests, assignments, or psychometric evaluations if required.

Collect feedback post-interviews and manage candidate status tracking.

6. Salary Negotiation & Offer Rollout

Conduct salary discussions while adhering to internal budgets.

Prepare and send offer letters.

Negotiate notice period buyouts or joining timelines if necessary.

7. Candidate Engagement & Onboarding

Ensure candidate stays engaged until the joining date.

Assist with documentation, pre-boarding communication, and Day 1 onboarding.

Coordinate with HR Ops for ID creation, system setup, etc.

8. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.

Measure TAT (Time to Hire), Source of Hire, Offer-to-Join ratio.

Analyze hiring funnel performance and suggest improvements.

Promote company culture on social media or career pages.

Organize job fairs, campus drives, or walk-ins.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.

10. Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure all recruitment processes follow labor laws and internal policies.

Maintain confidentiality and data protection.

Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
