As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to automate workflows, enhance IT service delivery, and streamline business processes.
Your responsibilities will include :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration tools.
- Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP, SSO, email, and custom web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop custom scripts and workflows using JavaScript and Glide API to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Customize ServiceNow portals and user interfaces to provide a seamless user experience.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow integrations and customizations.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, business analysts, and end-users.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Estimate project timelines and resource requirements accurately.
Skills :
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including its core modules and scripting languages.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques and best practices.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
