Roles and Responsibilities
Manpower planning and budgeting.
• Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews,
psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
• Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process. Managing internal job
transfers
• Preparing and maintaining the job description repository
• Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
• Ensuring quality of recruitment.
• Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.
• Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors that
supplement recruitment needs.
• Screening application forms and short listing applicants.
• Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
• Managing the employee reference process
