Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA, based on experience and performance)
About the Role:
We are looking for a people-first, highly organized Talent Associate to join our Influencer Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire influencer lifecycle—from discovery and outreach to coordination, execution, and offboarding. If you have a strong understanding of the influencer industry, a passion for creators, and are fluent in social media culture, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Identify and connect with emerging and established influencers across Instagram, YouTube.
• Generate influencer leads via email, DMs, and platform tools.
• Align influencer selection with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Onboarding Process: Handle end-to-end onboarding including contracts, documentation, briefing, and expectation alignment.
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for every creator.
• Influencer Management: Be the primary point of contact for all influencer communication.Share creative briefs, resolve queries, collect deliverables, and provide real-time feedback.
• Campaign Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencers produce high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee and execute end-to-end campaign deliverables, ensuring content goes live on time, meets expectations, and achieves campaign KPIs.
• Deliverables Tracking & Follow-ups: Maintain clear tracking of content progress and submissions using spreadsheets, CRMs, or influencer tracking tools.
• Negotiation & Fee Handling: Negotiate influencer fees and scopes while maintaining alignment with budget parameters and fair market compensation.
• Offboarding & Feedback: Facilitate post-campaign offboarding.
• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a structured influencer database with updated information on niches, engagement metrics, campaign history, and availability.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with platform updates, viral trends, creator movements, and innovative content formats across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or talent coordination.
✅ Solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem, platform trends, and creator economy.
✅ Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
✅ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to multitask across multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
✅ Proficiency in using Google Sheets, CRMs, and tracking tools.
✅ A collaborative mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
