Position Summary:

The Part-Time Talent Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruitment function. This role focuses on candidate communication, scheduling, and maintaining accurate and organized data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You’ll help ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtually and in person, with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the ATS, including detailed notes and candidate status updates.

Communicate interview logistics and next steps clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.

Support recruiters with administrative tasks such as calendar management, email coordination, and reporting.

Uphold a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to final feedback.

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Demonstrate professionalism and uphold Trotman Auto Group’s Core Values in every interaction.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related role preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

A collaborative mindset and positive attitude

Flexible availability preferred
