Experience: 6-+ years in BPO Operations

- Role Overview : Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Delivery Manager with extensive experience in BPO operations.

- In this role, you will lead a team of 25-30 people and ensure top-tier talent delivery for our clients.

- This position requires managing a rotating shift schedule every 3 months.

- Exceptional communication skills and a strong background in BPO environments are essential.

Requirements:

- 6-7 years of experience in BPO operations, focusing on process management.

- Proven experience managing a team of 25-30 people.

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

- Must have experience in BPO operations-candidates from BPO backgrounds are required.

- Ability to work in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of a large BPO team.

- Develop and implement effective talent delivery strategies.
