Job description
3+ years experience in GIS, ArcGIS, and Python-based GIS libraries. The candidate will have a strong background in large-scale GIS data analysis and processing projects, spatial data modeling, map production, geospatial scripting, and automation.
Key Responsibilities;
• Build and maintain web-based GIS solutions using ArcGIS Online.
• Perform advanced spatial and network analysis using ArcGIS Pro.
• Configure and maintain ArcGIS Online Datasets from internal database feeds.
• Ensure data integrity, performance across GIS applications.
• Work proactively to improve GIS workflows and implement solutions with minimal guidance.
• Support team progress and project tracking, assisting where needed.
• Perform GIS map data edits / Quality check using client Tools according to procedures and specifications.
Qualifications Experience
• 3-4 years of experience in GIS analysis and spatial data engineering.
• Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
• Expertise in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ModelBuilder.
• Familiarity in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and spatial database management.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a remote team.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of spatial data visualisation and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Basic understanding of commercial real estate and property economics.

In this role, you’ll help deliver learning, engagement, and recognition programs that reflect our values and unite our global teams. You’ll support content creation, internal communications, stakeholder coordination, and program delivery—making a real impact on employee experience while growing your skillset in HR and culture.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Delivery
• Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs such as onboarding, recognition initiatives, Values Champions, and engagement campaigns.
• Own logistics and program components such as scheduling, content preparation, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure materials are timely, polished, and aligned with Turnitin’s tone, values, and brand.
Content & Communication Support
• Draft and format internal communications related to learning, culture campaigns, and employee events.
• Help bring Turnitin’s values and employee value proposition (EVP) to life through stories, recognition spotlights, and inclusive messaging across internal platforms (Slack, Happeo, newsletters, etc.).
• Help maintain templates, visuals, and messaging in collaboration with Comms and the People Team.
Data, Feedback & Program Insights
• Track program participation and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards in partnership with the team.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications to support event planning and message alignment.
• Ensure coordination across time zones and functions, reflecting our remote-first, globally inclusive approach to employee experience.
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or a similar role.
• Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet goals.
• Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing data that drive insights and action.
• Takes initiative and brings creative, inclusive ideas forward.
• Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
