Talent Management Driver, within Business & Compliance Management, Service Line Operate. Drive governance with Talent Acquisition and Sourcing & Procurement to increase performance of hiring Regular employees and ARPs. Drive standard methodology's implementation to increase offer acceptance rate, and to reduce decline rate.

What you will do
Promote internal mobility process along with TA and People (newsletter, referral bonus policy, etc). Coordinate and supervise fulfilment of key, senior or critical positions
Drive accelerated career progression programs along with the SDUs. Central drive of Graduates program, including budgeting, demand submission, coordinate selection panels, supervise learning programs, coordinate performance assessments and onboarding
Implement actions, in line with the SL Operate strategy, to increase gender diversity. Weekly review of the open positions’ status, ageing and hard to fill roles
Monthly dashboard of the recruitment performance/KPIs. Bring together and continuously share the hiring forecast with relevant functions
Improve the candidates’ engagement strategy, to reduce the no-shows and improve onboarding rate. Constant update of succession leadership plans, and critical proficiencies' mapping with SDUs
You will bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area (MBA is a plus)
Excellent English language skills oral & written and Years of experience: 10 years and above.
Human Competence
Interpersonal communication and ability to communicate optimally on an executive level. Customer oriented and business minded – has a consultative approach and focus on results.
Ability to prioritize and plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets. Analytic with strong problem-solving capability. Actively encourage knowledge and experience knowledge, create a learning culture. Excellent conflict leadership skills
Business Competence
Good Understanding of Ericsson Portfolio. Solid understanding of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Eridoc
Background in HR, TA or Operations. Good knowledge of Ericsson organizational structure, ways of working and Company directives also with Service delivery strategies and processes along with Global HR processes.
