We are seeking a results-driven Senior HR Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to employees and management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
• Employee Engagement:
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and acting as a liaison between staff and management.
• HR Operations:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions within the organization.
• Assist in processing payroll and ensuring all payments are made on time.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and leave management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
