Job Overview
We are seeking a Fresher for the role of Talent Management at our Jaipur headquarters. This is a Full-Time, Internship position ideally suited for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a key part of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
• Demonstrated understanding of HR Analytics to assess and drive organizational goals through human capital.
• Experience with Employee Engagement Tools that enhance productivity and morale within the workplace.
• Knowledgeable in Performance Management Systems, focusing on both employee development and organizational success.
• Ability to leverage Learning & Development Platforms for upskilling talent and aligning with business needs.
• Proficient in Change Management to lead and manage systemic transitions within a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of Organizational Development to optimize efficiency and company structure over time.
• Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Strategies promoting a diverse yet cohesive work environment.
• Strong skills in Succession Planning (Mandatory skill) to ensure long-term sustainability and leadership continuity.
