The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Team Lead/Account Managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites
Handling the full life cycle of contract/full time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment.
Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements.
Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame.
Lining up short-listed candidates for interview.
Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team.
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
0.6 Months-3 Years of IT Recruitment/Domestic Staffing experience (Contract to Hire)
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Familiarity with the latest technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
Prior experience in technical roles a plus
