Job Description
Location:- BKC & Sanpada, Mumbai
Job purpose:- The incumbent will be expected to work with his/her stakeholders to provide effective solutions to business and HR related issues. She/ he will develop HR strategies that impact large, complex IT/ ITES (Technology) within the business and make valued suggestions for the accomplishment of key business goals. The incumbent will also be required to develop and execute tactical plans at the business unit level to achieve strategic objectives and combine strong organizational development skills and change management skills with core HR skills (staffing, compensation, employee relations).
Expertise and Experience:- Candidates from Tech Background
• Advise, counsel, and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.
• Build strong relationships to partner effectively with a variety of constituents.
• Proactively manage risk to safeguard the company's reputation.
• Drive change through organization design and operationalization of organizational models.
• Advise on employee relations issues.
• Liaise with the Staffing team on acquiring key talent.
• Lead the year-end compensation process.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction.
• Participate in global initiatives across the HR team.
• Partner with business to mitigate People risk
• Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization.
• Experience in Tech Talent Sourcing for Mumbai Location
Mandatory Requirements:-
• 4-5 years as HR generalist (HR Business Partner experience) in IT (Tech) only.
• Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations.
• Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels.
• Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills.
• Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
