Join Our Talent Migration Team – Administrator (Hybrid Role)

We’re looking for experienced and organised Administrator to join our dynamic Talent Migration team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven group dedicated to supporting the seamless relocation and onboarding of skilled professionals from around the world. Our work enables frontline staff to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional care to our patients.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR or mobility, who is eager to gain real-world experience in a supportive, high-impact team.


What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Migration team, you’ll help ensure our mobility processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing administrative support across the team functions.
Maintaining accurate records to support candidate management and visa compliance.
Coordinating vendor invoicing and payments.
Assisting with projects that improve program effectiveness and process efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service when dealing with all internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support across projects aimed to enhance our talent migration program efficiencies and to the wider People Operations Team, ad hoc

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring:

Proven administration experience, ideally within a People and Culture environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working independently and as part of a hybrid team.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Accurate data entry skills; experience with PageUp and Workday will be highly regarded.
