Your Impact:

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our talent acquisition strategies, processes, and reporting. As a valued member of the HR team, you’ll help design and implement efficient recruitment workflows, audit existing processes, and contribute to attracting top-tier talent—all while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. To be impactful in this role, leveraging AI tools available to you and maintaining a growth mindset are essential. Your ability to adapt, innovate, and continuously improve will directly influence the success of our talent initiatives.

What The Role Offers:

Provide operational support for recruitment activities across the Americas and globally

Manage and resolve background check escalations

Assist with vendor coordination and transactions

Coordinate OpenText new hire and other recruiting programs

Collaborate with team members on recruitment process improvements, talent marketing, communications, and automation initiatives

Support reporting and analysis of key talent acquisition metrics and hiring initiatives

Conduct audits to ensure compliance and process integrity

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of proven experience in Human Resources; Talent Acquisition experience is a plus

Understanding of global recruitment practices and trends

AI-first and growth mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies; experience with SuccessFactors and Phenom is a plus

Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
