This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to deepen their experience in specialized technical recruiting such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
Skills Needed:
• The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 4+ years of recruiting
• Full cycle recruiting experience ( candidate engagement through offer management)
• Experience in GTM, Sales & leadership hiring.
• Knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software/tools
• Prior experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
• Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment
• Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations
• Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Key responsibilities include:
• Full life cycle recruitment from sourcing until onboarding.
• Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
• Secure coverage for and attend on campus and in-house events
• Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status
• Manage summer intern programs including onboarding, training, placements, events, performance management and offers
• Partnering with the business leadership to build effective outreach, assessment and delivery strategies to attract bar raising talent
• Driving interview process, coordination and candidate negotiation
• Owning stakeholder communication
