Freshers for banking voice collection process
Eligibility Criteria: Graduates are preferred.
Compensation and Benefit:
Tamil + English : INR 16000(CTC) in Hand INR 13873.
Malayalam + Hindi + English : INR 17000(CTC) in Hand INR 145+0
Incentives will be provided from the 2nd month of their joining (based on performance).
Career path: Every 6 months increase in salary hike (based on performance).
Working hours: 8 Am - 5:30 PM (currently working);
Week offs Dynamic rotational Five-Day work week.
No Employment Bond is applicable to the employees.
Only Non-Disclosure Agreement (Confidentiality NDA) for all banking processes to be signed on the Joining date &Mandatory 30 Days’ Notice Period unless approved for early exit by reporting authority.However, there shall be a Training Agreement for 6 months for a Banking Certification called DRA Exam from (IIBF) Indian Institute of Banking & Finance; Details pertaining the same shall be updated during the offer process.Health Insurance (3 Lakhs) & Accidental rider Insurance (10 Lakhs).
