About FRND: FRND is a social interaction app that helps individuals make new friends and become more confident in their communication. We’re currently inviting Tamil Conversation Coaches to join our platform. If you enjoy talking to people, encouraging them, and can help others build confidence in Tamil, this opportunity is for you!
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 sessions with users on the FRND app to help them improve their confidence and communication skills in Tamil.
All sessions are moderated and 100% secure – your name and number will not be shared with users.
Sessions are conducted via call (audio/video) within the app itself.
Use your natural conversational ability to support users in becoming more socially confident.
Job Details:
Location: Work from Home
Timings: Fully Flexible (you choose when to go live)
Compensation:
₹30 per minute – Video Calls
₹12 per minute – Chat/Audio Calls
Average monthly earnings: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ (based on time spent)
Age -18 - 30 years
